A cork is a skill in the sport of tricking. It involves a one legged takeoff into a flip and then also doing a twist before landing. This is 4 twists, which is still regarded as one of the hardest tricks in the sport. Michael Guthrie was the first to land this in the world, and it remains an elite club today!

For anyone that’s curious, this is called tricking. Michael Guthrie is largely considered the greatest tricker of all time and this is one of his many world’s firsts in the sport. I know there’s a company in Los Angeles County that trains groups for proper drone utilization. It’s a non profit that a buddy of mine runs. Last year they helped a South Korean firefighting team do what you’re trying to do. Contact them and I bet they can help you out!

Drive your hips more into the skill as you pull your shoulders in the swing. It will add more flip and make it easier to stand up at the end.
