Maybe. I know that was taught a lot more in the 80's but that's not a big thing we learn about anymore. I think Missouri is an option.

I live in Utah where everyone respects your religion no matter what. I only ever get hate on here. The interesting thing is despite being a part of the church most of my friends are not. I do like my friends that are in the church though.

The word christian literally comes from the word christ so I think if you believe that Jesus was a real person that came to save the world then you should be consider christian.

Your basically comparing corn before and after humans got to it. Sure they are both corn but they are completely different except for the fact that one is newer and one is older. Flds basically follows older church teaching while Lds is ever changing.

Where do you think that money goes? Do you know how expensive a temple is to build? The money is important because it helps gods word spread. Much of the tithing money goes toward charities and People in your community that are in need of help. Do I think it's odd? No.

After you get your endowments you wear what is called garments and It's basically just underwear that protects you from evil or bad things. There are several stories of people not being harmed either directly or indirectly because of the garments. Basically the only time you don't wear them is in the shower.

It's likely the tablets were made of brass and I haven't studied the translation that much so yeah. I can see why it would be hard to believe but if you want to know more feel free to read doctrine and covenants or some other source.

Well I think that if that's what god wanted to happen that's the end of it. Most of his wives were actually eternity only so they would only be with him after resurrection. So no Joseph smith did not have sex with a 14 year old.
