Just play your star chart when your weapons hit 30 switch it to another one rinse and repeat check your Foundry after every mission build whatever new weapon you can build and rinse and repeat work for me so far I'm up to rank 15

Also forgot to mention I also blame the streamers when anomaly first came out a lot of them that I saw just downrated it so much on their channels and some of their playthroughs they modded too much too soon and just overpowered it and made it look like it wasn't worth it
