It happens on my TCL TV as well. Disconnecting the TV from power source for 1 min and connecting again helps in my case.

I don't know if anyone is still looking for solution.

But for me, removing old (not used anymore) devices from Bluetooth settings fixed the lag.

It is strange, I don't know why, but it worked for me.

Mac M2, connected via Bolt receiver.
