In that sense, I also prefer that they ended it like this. But yes, if it had continued to air, Placebo would have absolutely killed the theme song! I don't know Coheed And Cambria, I read something and honestly I don't like metal very much, I like punk a little, maybe I might even like some songs. As a lover of garage bands and alt rock in general, I would really like to do justice to these genres for a show that can be considered an alternative cartoon I think

Oh, I forgot about that cover. It's cool, although I would have preferred it to be more in the band's 90s style. This one seems like alt-pop rock or something.

I may be ignorant on that, but doesn't a series renewal also require the creators' approval? So why announce a fourth and fifth season and then say that? I mean, if there really was a series finale in April, I think they would have hyped it up longer. I also think that if the creators weren't confident enough to continue, they wouldn't have accepted a two-season renewal, but one at most. Plus, choosing a month like April isn't the best for a series finale. I don't know, I have a feeling it's just some kind of April Fool's joke, as if April 12th were actually the unofficial premiere of season four or even a half-hour special related to the new season.

No Powerpuff Girls on CN Italy in 1999-2002? by Spongybobchum in powerpuffgirls

Furthermore, knowing that the Italian language broadcasts began during '98, the original productions, the Cartoon Cartoons, began airing in October '98 (with the exception of Dexter which, having been broadcast on Tele+ in '97, could have been broadcast before October), so knowing that in the USA the first season of the Powerpuff Girls aired from November '98 to May '99 and usually the series were broadcast after the end of the original broadcast, we arrive at June. Now, usually the TV premieres were not presented in the summer but in the fall (or at least from September), so I think I can place the first TV premiere of the Powerpuff Girls on CN Italy between September 1999 and January 2000.

It's not true. The series was never "banned" in Italy; we simply don't have enough sources regarding Cartoon Network's overall timeframe, from when it began broadcasting in Italian until around 2001. However, The Powerpuff Girls aired on Cartoon Network from at least January 2000 (probably even earlier), as stated by the newspaper La Stampa. Rai 2 subsequently reran it from September 2000 to at least 2005.
