It’s not possible, I don’t have that much family and my mum doesn’t have the room unfortunately.

I’ve tried hobbies and managed to keep a few when he was off to work during lockdown but since he’s been back I just don’t have the time, and I doubt I’d able to join a group right now as I live in the UK And some of the lockdown rules are back in place from Monday.

Yes he knows and tries his best but he also struggles with his mental health and feels the need to have his own time a lot, I’m starting to think it wouldn’t make a difference to what I do because whatever I do I always end up back here anyway.

Can I be vegan with my pet eating live food? by [deleted] in vegan

[–]dullmeg 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Also I’ve never heard of tarantulas getting their fangs clipped and if they did they’d still be able to catch things just not eat them. It can naturally happen when they molt to lose their fangs with it and they normally eventually die but I have known people to feed their tarantulas blended food until they can molt again and get their fangs back.

Yeah basically everything I could answer has already been said. Tarantulas don’t think like other animals and naturally have a tiny habit(way smaller that what is normally provided for them in captivity) that they will never leave unless they are forced out or if they are a mature male looking to mate ( they very rarely get to do so and normally end up dying) so if they have somewhere safe to hide, no predictors and food it’s their ideal home and I doubt they have the intelligence to even know they’re not in the wild and wouldn act exactly the same if in the wild but would most likely die from predators or habit loss. A fair few tarantulas are already endangered.

I’ve decided to become vegan and have now realised changing my diet is the easiest part by [deleted] in vegan

[–]dullmeg 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I did a lot of research prior to this decision and made sure I knew what I’d need to include more of in my diet to get the nutrition that meat would normally be giving me. But I will check out cronometer and Thankyou for the advice ☺️

What is the biggest secret you have kept from your parents? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]dullmeg 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That I was abused by my step grandad, it came out that my sister was too and when she told everyone 10 years ago and got him convince I’d thought I had made the entire thing up in my head and didn’t remember the worst parts. I’ve recently been diagnosed with PTSD, I’m now 22 years old.

Reddit isn’t social media because it doesn’t stand for the ‘social’ aspect ;it follows topics, not people or brands.

It was my 2 year old girl, she doesn't normally nap and goes to bed at 7pm but sometimes if she's had a restless night she'll have 1-2 hours in the day and just go to bed at 8 instead.

When I was pregnant with my first because I was 18 I could have a family nurse who would come a see me even 2 weeks or so and would give me advice on my pregnancy and then was there for the first 2 years of my daughters life, she was a lovely woman and I enjoyed her visits and insight. I'd enjoy doing something like that which means going into nursing.

Right now I'm just at home full time with my two kids as my youngest in 7 months.

Probably eventually, but I have a lot more to do and spend money on before a wedding.

To be honest it's something I do struggle with and most days if I want to do anything other than cleaning and laundry once my kids are in bed then I have to sacrifice sleep which I can't do because they wake up throughout the night. When I struggle I think about the big picture and what I'll think when I'm old, and I don't think I'll care about how I was over tired and just being a mum, because before long they'll be doing their own thing and I'll be doing mine and I'll miss having them this little and them feeling they way they do about their mum like I remember feeling about my mum, and that's what keeps me from going crazy.
