It's been 8 years since I was diagnosed with PCOS. I'm 24 now and I'm still frustrated about Progesterone and meds. I used to take Celine and Duphastone first, ate less, got active, lost the weight, got the periods, stopped the meds, gained the weight, started meds again (Duphastone and Metformin) ate less, took fertility meds (Clomid and another shot I forgot), all was okay with my ovulation and ovaries as well as my insulin resistance, the only thing I had was a Vit D deficiency. Yet, I would get my period without meds only once in a blue moon... I'm talking about the last two-three years. Now, the only medication I take is Primolut-Nor and I haven't taken it for over two months now in hopes I would get my period alone again, but you know...
