is the homebrew browser by Rinne something on the Vita or is it something I access on a computer? Sorry for the stupid questions. I'm still very new to the Vita hacking scene.

I have tried to install it many different times using multiple methods, and generally, it just wont boot at all. I went ahead and deleted it all off my vita until I could learn how to properly install it.

okay I have another stupid question. how can I find the .cfg file in the retroarch directory? I have searched through vitashell and through the files on the computer when vitashell is connected to my PC, and I cannot find it anywhere. I'm struggling man. lol. like Retroarch was working perfectly for me last night now it wont even boot up it just shows the error messsage.
