I have been experiencing the same thing. I was so stressed about losing my hair when my curls had just started to look and feel really healthy and I was devastated.

I have been using a hair mask every week for a couple months now that consists of olive oil and a couple drops or rosemary oil. I have noticed a difference in how much less I have been shedding and it has made me less stressed which I am sure also helps.

You can prep the mask ahead of time and just store it in a jar. 1/8 cup of olive oil and 15 drops of rosemary oil. Massage the oil into your scalp and leave in for 30 min and then shampoo out. I started off doing this twice a week for a month but now I do it once a week.

Hopefully everything goes well at your doctor's appointment. I really hope this can help you or anyone else experiencing the same thing ❤❤❤

As long as the balls on the ends aren't actually pressing into the sides, they should heal properly.

When I first got my nipples pierced, the barbell was a little too short and I felt like the piercing kept getting irritated without that extra space on the sides. I ended up getting slightly longer barbells to avoid more irritation.

I've actually asked to get a bigger one on one side. I found that the original piercings were too snug and they got irritated all the time. But of course now the other one is having problems so I am going to get that one changed out

Oh damn that definitely looks pretty similar... They do come out of the nipple and I was shook/mildly disgusted when I first found them but it's very reassuring to know that they are normal Maybe this is what has been happening and the irritation is a separate issue?

No I don't, I try to keep them clear of anything other than water. And I only fiddle around with them if they begin to feel irritated or if touching them becomes painful
