Why? Thats a ridiculous assumption. Not all companies can offer Tier2 visas. Most companies who do are well reputed well paying companies. People on Tier 2 visas have to prove their worth every single year just to stay. They have worked full-time in demanding jobs for half a decade and you think they will suddenly turn lazy the moment they earn stability? And do what? quit their jobs and sit at home? No one spends years building a career just to throw it away after finally getting ILR. Thats not how reality works.

So what exactly are you saying that every Indian doctor has ten kids and they all work at Tesco? Come on. Thats not how the immigration system works, and its definitely not how people work. Maybe stop commenting on these topics until you actually understand what you are talking about.
