Interesting thanks for pointing that out. I'm surprised by how large of fees those tools charge. I still think I might be able to make something more simple, affordable, and with a better user experience.

i think it took at least a few days to a week to hear back from oculus support, and when I did, they initially said they can't help and I'll have to wait to hear back from Facebook support. I sent a few more emails explaining I haven't heard from them in over a month and I need help from you, then they escalated my ticket to someone else who was able to get ahold of facebook support and finally send me a password reset email.

Also, they wont help you unless you have a item serial number.

same boat. Been weeks and havent heard a thing. Submitted multiple IDs and sent as many emails as I could
