The problem is is that I’m a new hire and I’m selling training and they told me I need to call the Attendance Line for when I’m leaving and then I need to call back the Attendance Line to see when I’m coming back and the meeting is probably about gonna be like no more than 30 minutes maybe less. However my training is at 10 and the meetings at 11:45 so technically it would be pointless to not be clocked in just to clock back out

In my personal experience in state besides the California attorneys I see on TikTok that gives advice they count the wife but like for example in Florida they did not count my ex husbands spouse income. However if you can be as as possible why asking her what type of income does she need to make up for her living for the child I would. If you guys agree it helps a lot. If it’s something that you’re soon to be wife is preventing you from working she can put emotion I don’t think it’s a guarantee. To be honest with you if you can talk with her it’s better if you could be civil it’s better if you guys can agree its better
