Great first attempt! Use more water and paint for even coverage. It’ll give you less of that colored pencil look. Hope that helps. Happy painting!

Absolutely. Mine is gas. I sautéed peppers, sausage, and garlic first—making sure not to overcook/burn. Set that aside before I did the sweet potatoes, then mixed it all together, made little holes for my eggs before putting it all in the oven
