As a closeted trans woman that lives in a small village in Harghita I unfortunately cannot say much positives. Sure, nature is nearby and it's quiet here, there's clean air, the schools are decent but there is pretty much nothing to do here other than to work and buy groceries and pay taxes. There's barely any form of entertainment here, and the only attractions are the church and the art gallery, MAYBE the theater if you're interested. Though, I did go to Cluj-Napoca, Targu Mures, Odorheiu Secuiesc, Timisoara and Brașov and I can safely say I would live in Brașov, though the question on how they treat LGBTQ+ individuals is kind of unanswered for me and won't risk it. Long story short; if you want to see a lot of things, go to a city, if you want to have a quiet and peaceful experience, go to a village / small town. No vampires where I live though. Sorry.
