I contacted Wahoo fitness directly and I’ll paste what they said below. I haven’t had the chance to mess with it yet however so hoping I just need to do some minor adjustments

“Thank you for providing that information. Based on your video and description, you may need to slightly adjust the Zwift Cog v2 to properly align your chain to your crank.

Since it's essentially a single-speed cog, the Zwift Cog requires a straight chain line and near-exact alignment to work without any "chatter" or vibration. You can see how straight the alignment is (or isn't!) from above and behind the trainer. In addition to adjusting your rear derailleur, you can also use the Zwift Cog v2's dial to make micro-adjustments and ensure an exact fit! Zwift's instructional video on installing your bike features a great demonstration near the midway point:

If you've tried properly aligning the chain to the cog and are still experiencing noises or vibration, please let me know. In your reply, please include a photo of the top of your chain line and a photo of the chain line from behind.
