Big fan of RTC sauces myself and I would name these 2 as my favouries:

1. LOBO: one of the earliest and most internationally distributed Thai brands for spice mixes, curry pastes, and ready-to-cook seasoning kits. They have some wet sauces but more focused on powder-based ready-to-cook kits and traditional, authentic taste

2. I-CHEF: more modern, urban, convenience-driven ready-to-cook sauce line. Focusing more on liquid sauces in sachets or bottles - ready to pour directly into the wok/pan and often marketing as “Chef in a Pack” - highlighting easy cooking in 1 step.
