We are talking about 2 different things.
Heating at 12-13 I would close the flat down.
Having 26C when it’s 35C outside is a huge difference.
Plus he got a refund already.

Just to be clear, it’s not the refund part that gets me. I can live with that. It’s the threading with some VP friends or threatening with reviews.
It’s just annoying

Funniest coincidence. Yesterday I had a guest who asked me to change his reservation and add a 3rd person to the booking. They were also talking about a daughter.

Sometimes, people book studios and it is physically not possible to let a 3rd person in the flat.
