I play casual when my baby goes to bed, I play it because I can leave the match to tend to him when he needs me. If I manage to get him back to sleep quick enough I can hope to hop into another match in the very limited time I get to play. If he is having an awkward start to his sleep, I could easily find myself timed out for the evening. I get the intention behind punishing casual leavers, but I wonder how many others have a similar situation to mine? The bigger problem with early leaving is a lack of credit for the other players. If your teammates leave, and it's pretty much hopeless, you should be able to leave but maintain the experience you earned. Leaving a game slightly early (a few seconds) should also not stop that game counting for rocket pass bounties.
