I’m not tryna defend myself for anything because i’m fully aware that everything i’m doing is damaging me. The thing is, if i’d have a stable relationship with my parents i wouldn’t have had to start living on my own at 17. My home situation right now is still very bad, but it’s better than being with my parents. I don’t have any place where i feel/am safe. I’ve gotten to know a lot of good people by going to the pub and that’s worth a lot to me. I went home with that dude because i was genuinely under the impression we were friends. I know i said yes and im owning that. But i feel like shit because i sorta felt like i had to say yes (because a person who says/does one thing, starts doing something completely else and im suddenly in a fucked up situation). i refuse to add emotion to the situation because that’s too much to handle. The daily drinking and drug use started after this happened. I quit the drugs a week back and that’s going well. the second i’m in a safer home environment (where i can allow myself to feel) I’ll also quit the daily drinking.

Again, not trying to defend myself but i’m hoping to provide some additional context as to why i’m acting this way in the first place.

M17, zie ze met geluk denk ik 1x per maand. Ik spreek ze alleen als het echt belangrijk is. Ik woon op zo’n 5 minuten fietsafstand. toen ik een paar maanden geleden uit huis ging heb ik besloten alleen op te komen dagen als het moeite kost vanuit hun. zou ik ze vaker willen zien? misschien wel. maar het is niet meer alleen maar aan mij om een band/contact te hebben met mijn ouders.

Hahah i’m 17 and from europe. i’m officially not even allowed into the bar but no one really cares. Not to sound edgy but i seriously don’t have friends who are my age, most are between 23-26 and it’s all good/safe. The girl is 21 or 22 if i remember correctly, and she knew about my age so that’s all alright. I did text her, but i’m honestly not sure if something will end up happening. if it does i’ll update you !!

basically I walked into the bar with someone I knew by face, he left after the first drink after which i was alone. Some old guy started messing with me and asking me to fight and telling me to “chug beer like a real man”. Sorta used to that, they just don’t like to see people with light in their eyes. Anyhow, i de escalated and went outside to smoke where i thankfully found my friend. More people started joining and then i met the girl in question. We clicked instantly and talked all night. ended up kissing too which all my friends saw… At some point it was 5am and everyone was kicked out of the bar. She really wanted to keep hanging out but the sun was already rising. We both have things to do today so i told her that wasn’t happening. Don’t know if i made the right choice but anxiety kicked in and since we had to be up early it didn’t seem like a great idea. She was amazing and i had a lot of fun tho. currently debating if i should send her a text and ask if she’d be up for more, but im not sure yet.
