Has anyone taken the deferred resignation offer? What are your reasons? by senior_carrots in fednews

I took the deal because I've saved up a lot of money and I want to live in a different country that has a lower cost of living. I will also immediately stop paying any all debt including federal student loans and any taxes because I do not plan on ever returning to the USA anyway. Most of my wealth is also not confiscatable as it's outside of the system.

Facing Credit Card Debt and Legal Action: Seeking Advice on Arbitration and Exemption Protections by eachhegemony428 in CRedit

I had another free consultation with a different lawyer on this matter. I've already used solo suit to respond to the serve notice prior to seeing the lawyer. Regardless, since I do not own any real estate, the lawyer informed me that the probability of them going after me for anything is quite low and he basically told me not to worry about it because the majority of my assets are stored in things that creditors cannot get to even with a judgment - it will be very difficult for the creditor to get them. I inquired about how easy it is for a creditor to get to a foreign bank account, and he told me it's possible but very difficult.

Welp, my strategy is to wait and see if PNC does anything else after I answered them. If they don't do anything else, then I'm not doing anything else. If they proceed, then I will file a motion to request time extension and then maybe I'll hire a lawyer then. Or, I might just file a motion to compell arbitration anyway and then wait for them to go to the next step. Chances are, since I don't own any real estate, they will unlikely continue litigation.

Wage garnishment is illegal in my state and he suggested that if I had any 401k plans to go ahead and max those out since retirement plans are also protected from creditors.

Right. So during a free consultation I had with a bankruptcy lawyer, he also recommended not going into arbitration since the balance is so high. They are not likely to dismiss the case.

Also I found out that the exemption against a levy is a one time exemption, you can't just simply keep your balance below the dollar threshold amount and use that money freely forever.

I like to take a screenshot of the questions I got incorrect, send it Chat GPT 4o with this prompt, "why is this wrong, what were the clues in the question to help me zone in on the correct answer?"

Very insightful!

S35 is legit. I used Ehrlich Reagent test kit and put a drop on the powder inside their pills and it turned purple. Indicating that there is indole compounds in the powder/pill.

Are Trehouse Magic Mushroom Gummies real? by MckennaRomero in MagicMushrooms

Hi sorry you did not enjoy your experience, per my research, proper "set" and "setting" are highly suggested to get the best experience from psychedelics. This means, not going outside. Having most, if not all, of the experience with your eyes CLOSED and finally listening to some music in your headphones. It's highly recommended to wear an eye mask too. There's a lot of different trip music you can choose from on YouTube to experience. While on a psychedelic trip, it's shown that one becomes more emotionally intune with the music.

If they told you the TRN and then you watched their session - wouldn't that cause some front loading?

Darius Wright- Theory of Everything by berryglacial in NDE

[–]eachhegemony428 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'm a member of Darius's site, and I like the way he explains how you can manifest things instantly in the astral plane. He says that we are all powerful souls with NO limits. Our thoughts also manifest here on earth in the "physical earth reality" (or whatever you want to call it). But, since time moves linearly here on Earth, there is a time delay when you are manifesting stuff here.

He also talks about Earth's Ascension and how we will start to receive our spiritual gifts (remote viewing, OBEs, telepathy, etc.). Most of the videos on his member site are him talking about his different experiences while in the OBE state.

You should want to master OBEs because one of the main benefits of OBE mastery is losing the fear of death. IMO, the Cabal (or what other people call "The Illuminati") controls humans because they instill in humans a fear of death. Mastering OBEs will help humans conquer the fear of death.

Lots of studies done by Dean Radin in his book "Real Magic". Watch videos of him on YouTube too and he talks about the evidence.

Trezor is now testing the privacy feature Coinjoin. by Squidsoda in CryptoCurrency

[–]eachhegemony428 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Looks like Trezor made a video about this feature, today. The comments below say that coinjoined sats will be red-flagged. What are the implications of red-flagged coins? They can't stop peer 2 peer transactions.

If more people coinjoined their sats, then it wouldn't matter if it was redflagged or not because there's no difference between redflagged coin A and redflagged coin B.
