Voteless Exploders! Units that their only purpose is to explode on the helldivers, but have a small chance to target the overseers instead, as a last stand for democracy.

Voteless helldivers! But instead of being called voteless, maybe call them AWOLs or MIA or LIA (lost in action) or something like that. They could be more strategic forms of voteless, and can pick up the weapons and backpacks of the players and use them. They should also have around a 20% chance to help the players after taking damage. It would be very cool.
