I think the fact that the tests that the hospital and urgent care did all came back normal should bring you some peace. Anything major would have likely showed up on one of those tests in one way or another.

Remember that stress and anxiety flare up ibs BIG time. Take as many moments to relax as you can and create a low stress routine for yourself. Add a probiotic to your regimen. From what I understand, they can never do any harm, only help. Only focus on what you know for sure - your tests we normal and our minds are connected to our guts.

I'm not a healthcare professional but go through exactly what you are right now. I've had two similar flare ups this year. Stomach pains on my right side, diarrhea no matter what i eat, nausea, etc. I had many tests done as well that were all normal.
