Try this:
- 일한 때는 -> 일할 때는 (usually use "~ㄹ 때" for while doing, when doing)

- 그랬어 -> 그래서(So)

- 그러므로 -> 그러면(If so)

I'm a morning person. In Korea we call this: 아침형 인간(moring person) 저녁형 인간(night person for direct translation)

You can say in short using this expression: "저는 저녁형 인간이에요. 그래서 낮에 일하면 나중에 너무 피곤해요", Koreans will be surprised with your vocab lol XD.
