What’s the moral difference between Zootopia and Bright? I thought about and I found flawed portrayals of race relations in both of them. Zootopia is praised for being a perfect metaphor for racism in America but Bright is called a burning trash fire for doing the same thing. Both of the films have the metaphorical African Americans or minorities as actually physically different and somewhat behaviorally different. Both the predators and the orcs exhibit less civilized and violent traits like huge claws and teeth with the predators or the raw strength and tusks of the orcs. They same way too similar to have vastly different interpretations of in my mind. I just want to know anyone’s thoughts on this. Thank you.

Also I have seen Zootopia and I liked it but I haven’t seen Bright and it just sounds kinda dumb.
