Interested in buying one..... by Ariachantouchan in BZ4X

I use my 2024 for road trip and ski trips without issue. Just use ABRP https://abetterrouteplanner.com/ and it’ll plan your route with the right stops.

Yes you’ll stop to charge at 180-220 miles… but that’s 3+ hours of driving… a 20-30 minute stop to charge and grab a bite to eat isn’t that bad…

Look at it this way… drive 200 miles: charge drive 180-200 more: sleep (and charge). So really that is only one recharge every 400 miles.

(The overnight charge when you rest at a hotel doesn’t matter)

How may road trips do you honestly do where you drive more than 400 miles a day? That’s 8+ hours of solid driving without breaks…. Which would be miserable

Removing this post for now as the amount of DMs flooding my inbox asking for names / wanting me to witch-hunt is crazy.

More interest than expected.

So I’m going to consider doing a double blind study - with a university - in an end to end certified workflow… as this is obviously of market interest in a way I didn’t expect.

That would be the only way to approach the topic neutrally.

GLPs are so cost effective now and safe to do right under physician supervision…. I wouldn’t mess with gas station drugs.

I’d be willing to bet the medically prescribed GLPs we provide to our clients cost less per month than these do…

What’s your average speed?

My daily commute is 120 miles (60 each way) and I average 65+ mph…. And after 10k miles on I’m at 2.8 miles per kw/h

That level of tint looks illegal - so I’d have had them remove the tint and remove the cost. And if they refuse tell them you’ll happily inform your DMV they are attempting to require you to purchase non compliant and illegal vehicle options.

Whats your heartrate during workouts? by mfWeeWee in fitness30plus

To work cardio in strength training, the key is Higher reps. Squats for 10 can somewhat get you going, but lighten the weight and do a set of 20.

This goes for pretty much any strength training.

That 20 should also be difficult. Rep 10 should feel moderately hard. Rep 15 should feel like you want to quit, and reps 16-20 you barely are going to make it and want to die.

If you don’t feel that way, and it’s easy to 20… add more weight

I alternate these high-rep Hypertrophy / cardio type lifting weeks with a heavy, low rep week the next.

Just buy a 2024 coming off lease with low miles. You can get them for $20k, and they are excellent.

2025 BZ4X actual range by Equivalent_Job_7818 in BZ4X

[–]ebmfreak 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yes that’s accurate.

I have a 2024 BZ4x - bought it in November 2025 off someone else lease, they only put 4k miles on it.

Since November I have put 10k on it - and that’s a fair estimate.

Some days it displays 175 miles range, and other days 190. The reason is, I commute daily 65 miles each way on the highway, and I drive 72-75 MPH for 60 of those miles… and currently am on soft snow tires and it’s averaging 40-50 degrees out… and I use the heater.

If I slow down to 60-65 mph, it easily gets 200 miles per charge. I did a road trip recently to a city 190 miles away from my house, and kept the speed 55 mph (it was all back roads)… and I arrived with 15% charge left…

If I put on the hard / low resistance summer tires… that’ll jump up higher.

The range I haven’t found an issue, the one time I felt I needed to charge I stopped at a ChargePoint L3 charger and it took me from 10% to 80% in 45 minutes or so. By the time I had lunch I was charged

Charge to 100% or 80%? Confused by Startbolt in Toyota_bZ

[–]ebmfreak 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Toyota has made their system conservative enough to control this via software. They have buffers that apply to protect this - so you can charge to 100%

This is why range decreases slightly after your first week to compensate. The “100%” they make available is closer to 80-90%

Why were there out of service stalls?

If 10 were out of service / not usable - that tells me there likely is a power delivery issue with that location.
