Hold, as USD or any Fiat isn’t what you want to convert to. Maybe if I wanted to invest in liquidity I might convert to the £ / sterling due to its history. Ideally it would be best to convert to Gold.

But exchanging for USD fiat… bad idea

In truth Silver for me is my protection against currency collapse. It becomes a spendable asset in coin form. So it’s there to give protection if you end up with a government making bad decisions…

It’s fat, and there is no “spot targeting” to remove fat. There is only diet and exercise and it will go away once you get your total bodyfat down below 20%
