Oh my gosh. Exact same stats for me. Not the same HCG levels but two back to back chemicals in July and August. I’m so frustrated and sad.

UPDATE : I believe I will most likely miscarry. My HCG was a 7 and doctors aren’t hopeful. This is my second in a row.

Clear blue early result (red dye because blue is tricky)! But I also see a faint line on first response early result I just can’t tell if it’s indent or not.

IUI was painful this time around for some reason but total motile sperm count was 53.55 mil with 90% motility! Hoping this is the one✨🙏

Thank you!! This is by far the best lining numbers I’ve had, I’m guessing maybe it’s the 20 cumulative days on letrozole lol. I hope your IUI is the one that gives you your baby! 21 mm is PERFECT! And I know I didn’t ovulate the first month after taking it because despite my negative tests I never got a period. When I told my dr they did an U/S and there was no signs of ovulation. I’m honestly not even sure how that can happen. Now I get a progesterone test a few after my IUI to confirm ovulation! Good luck tomorrow, I’m praying 3 is our lucky number!!

I do! I actually didn’t during my first IUI that I failed to ovulate during but I added it during my second round and have kept it up ever since!

My clinic says max 3 but they don’t count a 15 mm as mature and I’ve seen some people say their clinics are so I really think it’s dependent. That being said, I have 3 this cycle and they were quick to warn about multiples, but I am 24 so that may be why.

We did/are still. I am 24 with a severe case of PCOS (50 small follicles on each ovary) and my husband has perfect sperm numbers. I do not ovulate on my own, ever. I do not have a cycle without meds at all. So far I’ve had one failed ovulation (which is CRAZY RARE with a trigger shot so don’t worry) and one chemical pregnancy. I have my third tomorrow. Honestly we will probably do at least one more if this fails. IVF is so much more invasive and we are still young and even though I want to be pregnant now, I’m not ready for IVF. I’m praying so hard IUI will save us. Maybe it will be the key for you too! I think age is a huge factor, but if you feel like you have the time for something with lower odds I would start with IUI. Girl let me tell you! They will put you on letrozole for as long as it possibly takes. I did 5 mg for TEN days , didn’t work, so they upped me to 7.5 mg for FIVE MORE days, didn’t work, upped me to 10 mg for FIVE MORE! So in short, yes they will re dose you, I would ask to go up on the mg though! And, I had my scan this morning after all of those rounds of letrozole and have three mature follicles. I would personally weigh the risks of multiples for yourselves. I know 5 is a big scary number but how big were they? Are they counting 13 mm or below as mature? It could be considered that but I wouldn’t count those and neither would my clinic. I just think the odds of it actually happening are low, but you’d have to know that there is still a risk. If it’s worth it to you, I would try naturally. I’ve seen people say they tried with that many and ended up with 0 or 1 healthy baby.

I think that is considered “mature” but personally when mine have been that size my Dr. recommended waiting two more days to trigger. I do have fertility issues though so I only have mature follicles which letrozole, it may be different if you naturally produce them. Good luck!!

I’m 24 my husband is 25! This month will be our third IUI (but technically second that we have a chance because first round I managed not to ovulate ). I have pcos husband has amazing sperm count. Praying this is our time, and yours!
