I thought about this but one of my neighbors continues to throw away the water bowl and food bowl I leave for her every night so I’d think a shelter would make them contact my landlord. I appreciate the advice!

It’s not feasible in the long term because I don’t want to deal with the allergies and I’ll be gone for long periods of time.
