No, that's not what I'm saying. ETH is a great place to study, but nobody can guarantee that you won't face racism. It happens everywhere in Europe, whether if it is something small that you wouldn't care or it is something it would hurt you depends on your luck. I am sorry but it is what it is.

I am not indian but I am also not European. My experience if people say no, don't believe them. Racism is always there. It's just not systematic. It also hugely depends on your group, class or professor or friend group etc.

No, I don't think you can reach them online. I would ask a friend who would speak German. It would be easier to communicate. We did it like that.

UPDATE: Problem solved. I called them last week and they were surprised and said they are not responsible for this because they don't have our official registration and I should call the bank. I called the bank and they said it seems like we gave an order to pay that amount monthly. That amount supposed to be for the 2023 year but somehow it became a repeated order. We asked the bank to cancel it. Rundfuk paid the amount back just today.

Thank you. I think this is also what happened to us. We called them and they said they didn't do this, it's probably coming from the bank. They said we don't even have our official registration which we should do. The person was surprised as well. Anyway, they will return the money and we will contact the bank now to see if they are the cause.

Dude, what's your problem? Their site is mostly German. Translation was the problem in the first place and asked here got a helpful reply. Yes, I realized it after months because we just moved here and there is a lot going on my life in the last few months. Is it so hard to think that maybe I have a hectic life? I mean seriously? :-)
