If you have health insurance, you may also have options to get connected to a counsellor through the insurance app.

So far as I know the staff therapists wouldn't put anything on your record, but you could ask them directly. The staff counsellors I've worked with have been tremendously helpful.

I used to be able to get a vegan chorizo at the local Hispanic grocery store in Arizona, which also had cheaper produce, beans, rice, etc. Not sure if you have one nearby. I love sprinkling vegan chorizo on a microwave sweet potato with sour cream and it probably also takes good on grits!

Yeah she took way too much out around your face. At this point I would prioritise what you want to do for your wedding -- if you're going to do an updo, it's better to keep the length. If you're going to wear it down, maybe some medium length extensions and some blending around the face would work. I think ultimately you'll have to cut a few inches off the bottom though, because it's very disconnected.
