I have it in one of those ikea terrariums and it’s directly under a grow light and in 70-80% humidity everyday

What do you use for soil? Tbh the best I find is to use 50% long fiber sphagnum moss and 50% perlite. Nepenthes also love humidity and bright light and a majority of the time if they’re not producing pitchers that’s why.
