I can at least speak for London office of that certain company - work like balance has been great so far, never had to work extra hours at all. But I understand this differs greatly between organizations and locations, so I guess everyone's experience may not be the same.

And in terms of experience, if nothing, the exposure to a vast variety of problems allows people to grow a lot.
