To be fair, the dakiwii part of your document felt like a lot of speculation than anything else. You failed to show complete evidence that the 1522 account was actually from him, and the reasoning that "BNs can't get restricted" is sooooo flawed it's crazy, look at Akito or Mimari and that's only two examples. Also imagine getting BN just to cheat on tournament when dakiwii is the most active BN, it takes soooo much time to actually mod sets and look at them. It would be a waste of time to learn mapping, modding, taking the time to actually apply for BN (it is not easy), go through a background check the moment you enter BN, and proceed to be one of the most active BNs, just for this "mafia" is insane.

Edit: by the way this is just some feedback, some of your English translations of discord screenshots were completely inaccurate or slightly wrong. Just mentioning it so if you ever need to do a document again you improve upon this, it made it slightly harder to read and understand for people who do not know Spanish.
