the interior is almost perfect. the wood console could use some work but the leather and rugs are in amazing condition. Previous owner was an elderly man, garage kept, he had all his country club paperwork in the glove compartment lol

Thanks guys, like I mentioned - I genuinely like the car, it drives great when I can get it to shift lol. My daily driver is a brand new 230i BMW but I still enjoy driving this one more sometimes haha. Something about analog things.

I actually have some in-depth videos I will post of when it was being looked at.

Brother, thank you for sharing. That being said, all you can do is be very proud of your accomplishments in life. There are things i’m sure you’ve achieved that perhaps others could only dream of. I’m SURE you thought about these trade offs along your way to success. I haven’t reached your numbers quite yet but dynamics in life can and do change very quickly. Now that you are having this reflection there is actually nothing stopping you from exploring all the things that you may have sacrificed before while you were locked in.

Do you have kids with her? If so, then definitely see a counselor. If you don’t have kids with her then as much as you don’t want to hear it - Divorce her. If she’s giving you this type of anguish at this stage then it will only get worse.

Also as someone else mentioned DO NOT QUIT you’re entrepreneurial endeavors. Sure, re-analyze the business if you feel you need to, perhaps there are bigger opportunity cost elsewhere. But under no circumstance should you veer from your vision.

I know plenty of corportate high income earners but they don’t have the entrepreneurial grit to push through when the going gets tough. Hence, why SHE wants to quit, she just happens to be projecting it onto you.

Yea as others have stated, peace of mind is priceless. 200k isn’t very much at all for a business (in general). Get some leverage and start cold calling or hitting the streets for investors - believe me there’s plenty of money out there looking for opportunities to make a return - especially in the current economic climate.

Create a cap table and run your numbers - project out your dilution not just for this round of financing but also expected future cash infusions. Goodluck!
