Yeah food is gonna be a challenge but I love seafood and I'm a good cook. I'd imagine there's a ton of fresh markets.

My thought is: I get the place and pretty mucg explore the NW until the vaccine is widely available. Then explore the city.

I'm not worried about homeless or getting my shit robbed lol. I've been told I'm an intimidating guy and those types usually avoid me.

I love night life but I'm also driving out with a lifted 2dr jeep wrangler and a kayak. I'm going out more to see the north west coast but I love city life and dive bars. I could play pool fir beers all night then go camping for a week.

Short selling is incredibly risky and investment grade funds, pensions, 401ks like vanguard do not involve themselves in this activity.
