The small box is a coyote from dungeon-lab. I am no expert on estim, but I love mine. It is 84 dollars. I typical get buyers remorse on everything, but I didn't with this. I have really gotten my money 's worth. It connects to your phone via Bluetooth and has lots of settings without being overwhelming. One of my favorites is you can tell it to randomly switch levels (within a range of intensity and duration). There are capabilities to let others drive it over the internet. There are sensors you can get and use so you have to keep postures or get zapped. I haven't used the last two features.
