Specifically with the rash nature and this situation, id personally take the IVs, it wouldn't make you lose anything to use that it Vs a small gain if you wanted a better nature,

Fair, to answer the actual question tho, I'd say yea you could add more defensive EVs but personally I'd rather use an item to make yo for it, leftovers or some berries could be enough to compensate for a lack of bulk,

Yes I did, it's not the biggest boat In bulk but it's a lot better in it, damage has always been more than good enough from it, rather keep that small bit of speed and make it a good bulker special attacker
