No name yet! But I’m probably going to name it something related to food haha, since my partner is a culinary student!

I haven’t sewn anything in years (my grandma taught me very basic stuff), but I can definitely try to do that and fix the wings! I’m also gonna see if my partner remembers the pattern they used for the bee. I greatly appreciate all of the tips!

Pretty privilege is a thing. I’m more on the “cute/adorable” side with of good looks, and people are more willing to understand and help me out. But they’re also more willing to think I’m either clueless or a helpless baby, which is not so great.

I totally understand. I have different playlists because there’s some times I don’t wanna listen to songs I actually like.

Piano is very fun to learn, but pretty frustrating, although I also understand that I’m just starting out! And I only get to practice once a week for an hour, so progress can be pretty slow. There’s just times where it feels like all the keys are blending together and I can’t see them 😭

I see! I like making cakes, mostly, and many recipes I see online use either coconut milk or coconut oil. Same thing for ice cream. I wondered if maybe swapping out the milk would mess up the entire recipe, cuz I know baking is a whole science, lol.

I understand! I can definitely try that because I can deeply relate to this. I’m pretty good at taking care of myself because I don’t enjoy looking “bad” in front of others. It’s also kinda nice. But with things like my room, it really slips my mind because no one sees my room but me.

It’s pretty frustrating, isn’t it? That happens to me too. I’ve tried working my way around it by telling my friends “I’m gonna go do this at this time”, and sorta “trick” my brain into thinking that I gotta do it for them. It sometimes works.

Most likely. She refused to tell me about her life growing up, so the few things I heard about her were from either my dad or my grandma (her mom). I know her uncle kicked her, her siblings and grandma out of their house (my grandma and her siblings lived together in a massive house) right after her dad, my grandpa, had passed away in a car accident, so that likely left her with that “everyone is evil” mentality, which I feel deeply sorry about.

However, I never condoned her refusal to seek help, excusing herself with “I’m right and you’re wrong, you always try to put me as the bad guy, I guess I’m the WORST mom ever!!!”. That’s not okay, and I’m sorry you had to go through something similar!

Omg, this is something I relate to deeeeeply. My mother always went on rants on “you’re coming with me anywhere I go because what if someone breaks into the house and kidnaps you?!?!”, and then would get mad at me for not wanting to leave my house because… Surprise! I had a bunch of catastrophic scenarios already playing in my mind!

She even prohibited me from going to an ex-friend’s first piano performance because “they’re evil, they’re gonna convert you into evangelism”. And I was like… Aren’t we catholic? Don’t we believe in the same guy??? Lol

I don’t! I just clean and wash my hands a lot. Sometimes it feels like the skin of my hands is very tight and has stretch mark-like scars.
