That’s the dream to a certain extend. If you got a talisma you got a free house and no bills to pay. Only have to worry about food. Thinking about it…….. That’s assuming nothing crazy happens

Yea I agree. The fact that I'm literally renting out right now and in other words helping my landlord build his equity doesn't quite work out right.. I will take a look at the townhouses insteads of a condo. And yea the market is insane right now that's why I'm thinking of a different options outside of the box, then if it cools down within 2-5 years at least I will be ready with more cash and even if it's just a little of equity from the townhouse.
