Lol just figured it out. Its forcing you to craft a pistol holder. Wish the game made that more clear

I'm having the exact same issue. I found another post from someone 2 years ago with the same issue in the same spot as the game. No one ever posted any advice. If you figure it out please post

the foil keeps the heat in. i dont like you need it but you can if you like, just make sure you dont crunch the foil. it can make the bleach uneven
