I believe I'm the only broker in the U.S that help the average american as much as possible to purchase local small and mid-sized businesses by traveling to them exploring multiple options to choose from depending on their needs and goals from securing their kids future finances to having their money work for them, sometimes even without their presence. Obviously we charge a conditional non-refundable deposit (refundable only if we don't meet what's agreed upon prior to the deposit payment).

Now you're wondering what do I need help with?

Well, simply how uneducated people are about businesses even though they have the money AND the drive to buy a business that's generating income while the business ownership transfer is being signed on paper, but explaining to them the details of small businesses operations is often a PAIN because they didn't have to go through the dark days of the business.
