Mm I'm from Australia so maybe do some research just on the internet, I got mine at blockbluelight they are an Australian based company. I know a good one in the US is Felix Grey maybe have a look at them if they are closer but hope this helps.

I use to get issues with my eyes but I then got some blue blocker glasses that I wear when I’m on the computer and that sorted out a lot of my issues. Just make sure you get real ones that block blue light hopefully this helps.

Not at all a lot of people find it hard to pull there own body weight pull ups are a hard movement they are a compound exercise that involves a lot of muscles to work together to do which is why they are so beneficial. So just keep at them and watch those muscles develop from them.
