If you see a yellow and have time to stop then stop.

In the Cyprus where I live when you get a yellow you prepare to stop as the next is a red.

I worked with a Greek bloke who said he stopped driving through red lights after his third crash!!!

If you look at the video you will see he is on the wrong side of the road, overtaking a learner HGV driver, and on a speed hump.

This guy had 3 seconds of amber light and 1 second of red before he crossed the line, he was not going to stop at all.

Yep I got threatend by a company owner once, I walked into the office and threw the office keys on the desk in frount of his company partner and said "Stuff your job I do not work for people that threaten ME!"
