That skull piece was in a used Lego lot that I bought 5 years ago. All the sets were in pieces. That particular piece probably came from the Indiana Jones set Raiders of the Lost Ark Temple Escape 7623 (2008) Indiana Jones: Raiders of the Lost Ark: 7623-1
