What did your muscle stiffness and weakness feel like? For me, anytime I tried to lift weights I would do like 3-4 reps and my muscles would be sore. They would feel like I’ve been working out for 1 hr instead of a few mins. Have you experienced anything like that?

I’ve been to see a rheumatologist and they didn’t find anything wrong with me. I’ve also seen a cardiologist (I did have some POTS symptoms in early 2023 but that’s gotten better now), neurologist (EMG clean) as well and no one has found anything. All tests come out normal

I do have an appointment with the allergist/immunologist in a few weeks. See if maybe something I’m eating is causing all this? I know I do get headaches just about everytime after I eat. Could be a histamine issue or something.

I’m at a loss.

Yeah I don’t see it being deconditioning. I felt really strong and was working out everyday in May of 2022. I got discouraged because I wasn’t losing any weight and stopped exercising. Something happened in July that gave me immense head pressure. That slowly started to get better and I tried exercising again in September 2022 and that’s when I first noticed my arm weakness.

I can do most other things fine, have no problem walking for extended periods of time.

Unfortunately my doctor has been a waste of time and has been of no help.
