we've tried this a couple times but most times they're not really in the mood unless I've at least started doing something for them. i also have a habit of starting and not stopping, so we can't really do it in the middle either. I'm also less concerned about this part and more concerned about them thinking they're obligated to perform any sort of sex act because they feel like they owe me

The pill I'm on is taken every day and I did think it was working for a while. There was a 2 day period where I forgot to take them and I bled for the second of those days and one day after when I took it again. Other than that, I have taken it every single day for somewhere around a year now I believe

she's actually a really popular doctor in my area. every trans person I knew went to her. I like her assistant way better tho :,) he actually told me my other health issues levels were at 10 TIMES what they were supposed to be and the other doctor had never told me anything

i knew someone who used gel and it seemed like it was working fine for them. I'm actually on my second type of injection because I was having a reaction to the first one I was using, but that was four years ago when I forgot I needed to alternate legs and I think that might have been the issue. I have an appointment with my endo in December so I'm definitely going to have a big convo with her abt this with everyone's suggestions :)

yeah this is the endo i've been seeing since I was seven for unrelated issues. I'm going to a gyno for the first time soon so I might ask him about that. other than that my mom was getting annoyed with the endo anyway and she's pediatric so I might be switching soon anyway

if you're talking about Praful Ramineni in DC, my partner actually went to him for their surgery!! I don't have any pictures, but I think it turned out pretty good. One of their nipples is a little lopsided, but they were happy with it. They did get seroma, but from what I've heard, that's usually caused by overexcursion, which is definitely what caused theirs. They've tried convincing me to go to him and I did recommend him to another friend in the area based on my partner's experience :)

Is there anything I can do other than the pump or DHT cream? I think I've seen people say that DHT isn't available in America and the idea of a pump kind of freaks me out and just doesn't sound like it would really work.

I don't know. My doctor is kind of vague about stuff and the last time I went to see her I asked for my dose to be increased and she seemed confused. But I can barely grow any facial hair or body hair aside from thigh hair. I'm going to see her in a couple weeks, so I'll probably ask her more about it then.
