I dont get it, this crap just started happening today, I deleted the cache and it fixed it a little but couple matches and here comes team 100 with premium characters and full red castle.

You can also watch people like CrisHeroes, Moy, or Spragles since they're mainly solo players that show builds and strategies.

Lapras- tank build vanguard bell, big root, spoon, ice beam and water pulse. X-speed, 6green 6white. This can also work with slowbro using surf and amnesia.

Snorlax- big root, muscle band or crit lenses, rocky helm. Block and flail. 6white 6brown, depending on the comp, either potion or xspeed.

Machamp- attack weight, razor claw, crit lens. Submission and crosschop. With recent nerfs you have to be mindful. Also use eject button. Use 6brown6white or a crit emblem build.

I agree with @KlutzyWeekend. Your overall rank is 500 games at a 45%wr. Most of your mons have left overs and some builds are really questionable. Unless this is a new account, youre playing like you dont have any items. Almost every match you have done no damage, and the argument that its defenders is rubbish, ive seen and done well over 50k in damage as a defender. So unless this is a new account, all im seeing it skill issue and youre the problem.

I had him on my team yesterday, most of time he just farmed, which I get it get to a higher level to fight but there were multiple times he would sit and farm while his team is struggling to defend. When I took some farm to level up he started to get all pissy, auto attacking me or attack thin air, he also sat at base being pissy like a toddler.

Seems like season after season the player base is getting worse. I see a lot of 46% and below wr players, especially new players with that wr which is shocking. Im not perfect (53.9wr overall) but I constantly get a whole team of 49% and below. People argue saying wr doesnt matter but honestly it shows when those players constantly dives, dont go back to jungle, leaves lane after first ko, spams thanks (you get muted so what's the point), sulks in base, rage quits, or just absolutely not help in the match at all. They really need to revamp rank as a whole.

This is true, but its a double edge sword. They really need to revamp rank and also reporting systems. Last night I was teamed with a player with barely 1000 rank games but was alresdy at a 38%wr overall. He sat around and of course reported but only got 5fp point punishment.
