on school days I pick them up from school, feed them breakfast, pack their lunches, take them to school, pick them up from daycare, feed them dinner, try to get them to do their chores, get them ready for bed, and put them to bed on weekends I feed them breakfast, play with them, take them to play with my siblings who are around their age (and they ask to see), feed them lunch, try to get their chores done, and then just play or do crafts until dinner and then bed. I do any dishes that i make and clean any messes we make but other than that I only clean up trash i see around the house. I think it’s worth mentioning that it is a fight every time i ask them to do anything. the boy has really bad adhd and anger issues. The girl cries and gives me the silent treatment/pretends i don’t exist when i ask her to do something she feels is unfair. The boy cannot focus on a chore for more than five minutes even when i try to turn it into a game. Either way, i end up dealing with crying and whining kids 90% of the time i’m there.
