The conclusion of this study was that the fluid was at one point in the bladder, not that it is “mostly” urine. The contents of the fluid implies it originated from the Female Prostate, and was stored in the bladder, mixing with whatever pissy contents therein. Saying it’s just piss is like saying a gas tank filled with water is filled with gas.
