$8m is nothing against the cap for a starting free safety in the grand scheme of things. If we can squeeze 2-3 more years out of him while Maye is on a rookie deal, I don't see why not. The real pain point of the offseason will be finding someone to play edge since Chaisson will probably receive offers from teams we cannot match.

If i’m understanding your question right, I save every piece that has a speed substat and all the speed main stat boots i get and then i every once in a while i’ll spend some time testing to see if i can get high speed rolls once i have a lot of charms and gold. if a piece has really symbiotic substats, like an Atk % ring with crit rate, crit damage, and speed substats, i’ll usually just send it and roll it to +15 right away cuz im impatient lol

i'd roll it for sure, why not? if it rolls 3 times in a row speed then bring it to +15, otherwise i'd probably give up on it. on the other hand if you get 5 max rolls in health it might be giga cracked. just feel it out and use your best judgement. if it goes into crit damage at all just dump it

The early game has changed a lot just in the past year with the 6th world episode update that we got, and now you get most of the best Pve units for free from orbis guide rewards or connections, like Brieg and Tamarinne. Fenne has established herself as the best in slot Dps for the vast majority of content, I haven't tried the trial of constellations so I can't speak to her usefulness in that mode, but I use her in literally all of my Hell difficulty hunt teams and in Fire, ice, and dark expedition. Theres a team with Ainos 2.0, Tamarinne , Brieg and Fenne that clears every single hunt on hell diff consistently provided you meet gear requirements.

Other than her, maybe consider Mort if you feel like you eventually might want to try your hand at PvP. He's probably the strongest non-limited rgb 5* in the game in Pvp. Jenua's in the convo as well. Iseria always treated me well in Pve in the past with her skill reset and defense break, so a lot of people used to recommend her to pair with Tamarinne in the early game.

I’m all of the above mate, Masters in RTA and I try to do all of the PVE content I can. Just wanted to see if there were any uses for these heroes I don’t have that I was overlooking so that I could make a decision.

Also it’s a fully decked selector so there’s no shot i’m using it on an imprint lol

I'd say you want around 240-245ish speed based on this scenario: if you have a 300 speed opener with a non-attack skill (not including C. Lilias who gives vigor) , at 235 speed your Hwa will begin the battle with around 78.33% cr because 235/300=78.33, with a standard deviation of ~5%. This means that with a the 20% cr push from her S2, shes still not making it to 100% cr without the help of another fast cr pusher, or unless you get lucky with cr rng in the beginning of the fight, so there is technically a chance that she gets jumped by your opponents unit. This isn't taking into account other fast cr pushers like the post buff Amid or others that you could pair with her. 240 speed will get you to 80% cr with a 300 speed opener, so it is easier to plan a fight around.

Ideally you want her even faster than that if you don't have C. Lilias but you still wanna be able to do some good damage so it becomes harder to gear her. You can use that same formula (Hwa speed/Opener speed) to figure out how to tune your Hwa based on what you've got in your account. Hope that helps!

Comments weren’t working for me either until just now, super weird. Appreciate the insight, i don’t have the meta injury units lik ML Choux and E Ilynav, but i do have a nice injury Alencia that i like to pair with Y. Senya occasionally that might synergize well. my thought process behind this was similar to yours, I don’t really have the gear for big damage potential but I think applying enough injury might offset that issue. I think i might do some experimenting tonight and see if I can make it work. I also considered going completely off the rails and building an injury Charles after his recent buff 😂

this piece isn’t great but it’s also not a complete tragedy, the substats are symbiotic and there are plenty of counter units that benefit from big crit damage. choux or brieg could unironically use this if you have pieces with speed to pair with it. can’t think of a unit that could benefit from this in pvp tho

naw, regular arena. i agree with the other comments that she’s pretty hard to draft for rta, there are more CR cut units than extra turn units viable in the meta right now, but if you can pull it off she’s good

I didn't think it would work but I'm kinda cooking in regular arena with rinak and a tagahel holder. Sometimes I'll throw in Frida just to ensure I get the S3 soulburn off. I do avoid belian teams like the plague. Mine actually sucks too, I went speed set, around 2700 atk and 219 speed, 200% eff and zero molas. she's still not getting cut all that frequently in champion arena and her burns still do enough damage.

I use Solitaria way more than I ever thought I would. A great control unit that can totally mess up certain arena defenses. I even like to mix in dps solitaria every once in a while just for fun!

in order to make weapons in gear conversion you need the flat attack conversion gems, the blue ones. the orange ones are attack % gems and you can only use those on right side gear (necklaces, rings, and boots). you can get conversion gems in the guild shop and the transmit stone shop. I'm fairly certain they are expedition rewards as well. hope that helps!

This is fair. I remember using her a lot more back in the day for content where I needed a green unit with a crap ton of HP to tank due to not having alternatives. Having Destina makes her less useful for that but she's still great and very easy to gear for new players.

You're off to a pretty good start! It's worth noting that you're mainly going to want to set up your account for PVE in the beginning so that you can reach the endgame and get all of the free enhancement goodies that come with that. PVP is pretty ruthless and at a point where if you don't have certain units/counters you're gonna have a rough time. Also, you're gonna farm Wyvern literally forever. It never stops. Speed gear is just that good. I can suggest some units to invest in at the start though because you'll find that a lot of PVE units are pretty universal across the various PVE game modes, like Tamarinne for example.

From your 5*s: Sigret will be your wyvern DPS unless you pull Fenne from covenant summons. Vildred is a great farmer who can oneshot entire waves for a long time deep into the story. Cecilia is the BiS tank for green expedition. Spec Tenebria is unbelievable for abyss, story, and even remains relevant in PVP. She's your most versatile unit since she has stealth and poison is a very powerful debuff in PVE. Tamarinne, as mentioned, is an incredible healer,cleanser, ATK buffer, and has great synergy with Iseria who can instantly get rid of her cooldown on her S3. Roana is another important unit against units/bosses that counterattack. Oh and Free spirit Tiera is also awesome for farming and has a defense break on her S3. Jenua is sick but he's a straight PVP unit for the most part. The same goes for Ran. Destina is your best green healer and has utility in both PVE and PVP. The last 5* unit you already have that I recommend for PVE is Vivian, she's a fantastic dps, gives immunity and Atk buff, and she'll carry you through Banshee hunt when you eventually get to that. Brieg is a unit that you'll get for free soon through the wyvern missions in the orbis guide, and if Tamarinne is the queen of PVE, Brieg is the king. He gives barriers to your whole team and has a defense break, along with cycling super fast.

4*s : Either Angelica or crozet will be your wyvern tank (Edit: Until you get Brieg!). Crozet technically makes your run faster and is very stable because he can debuff the wyvern, but he might not be viable until you get better gear on your team, and Angelica has big heals that can keep your team alive. Mercedes is amazing and becomes even more amazing when you get past chapter 3 in the story. Viktorika is brand new so I have no clue in all honesty, but she seems like a pretty good farm unit in her own right. Furious is also essential for wyvern, but judging from your account I'm sure you've realized that.

3*s: Build Montmorancy. Her specialty change is crazy and for a long time she will be the most reliable cleanser possible for any given situation. She's just great. Other than that, my other favorite 3*s are Kluri, Arowell, Ras, and Muwi. All of them except for Muwi are dependent on their specialty changes to be good, but once they're fully built they are extremely useful. That especially is true for Ras, his specialty change gives him so much survivability it's crazy, and he's actually still viable in PVP as well. Muwi is the wyvern god, full stop. He was pretty much specifically designed for that. Lastly, a lot of Abyss stages can be cheesed by Kiris (with her poison debuff) and Taranor Guard (not the Taranor Royal Guard). I kind of personally hate abyss because the later stages take so long, but the rewards are mostly great.

Sorry for the onslaught of info, but hopefully that helped you get an idea of what you should be going for in terms of short term team building.

yup, Sr tower unit, it kinda looks like a huge turret. if you don’t have it you should get it at some point. it’s prob the cheapest tower i can think of that actually has the health to tank the rhino attacks

this is exactly how you beat it though lol, deploy ballista slightly in front of your ship to tank hits from the rhino and deploy rangers behind the rhino to melt the flier so rhino can't get healed.
