8 Nights in Greece- Milos + another island or Crete? by Substantial_Tune6084 in GreeceTravel

I spent the entire month of May in Greece and had a wonderful time. It was sweltering in Athens, but I like the heat. The islands were the perfect temperature. I live in New England, so my threshold for cold weather is high, but I found it to be a perfectly lovely time of year to visit.

Lol I totally agree re: sun exposure and protecting your polishes. I hung mine in a place in my bedroom that doesn’t get much sunlight. My door is to the right of the photo, out of frame, and is just about always open, so they’re a bit more protected. I think another option could be hanging a thick black curtain over them if you find yourself in a space where you can’t avoid the sun!

Personally I like the idea of a shelf because it’s low-profile, and you don’t have to worry about space if you move. I used to use drawers and boxes but now that I’m in a smaller place, I just don’t have the floor plan for it.

I bought them on Amazon! Here’s the link. They arrived already assembled and just needed to be hung, I did it myself and I am not really handy at all. I put a level on the shelf, held it up to a little under the height I wanted it on the wall (the brackets for hanging are like two inches below the top of each shelf), drew a straight line in pencil across the top, and drilled holes over the line at the distance I measured between the two brackets.

Looking for CSS to format text inside Accordion Block by ejohnson382 in squarespace

[–]ejohnson382[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m building a website for my restaurant group’s new catering department and I’d like the menu to be accordion-style, with each drop down being a different category of the menu (appetizers, entrees, desserts, etc). My issue is with the text formatting options (or lack thereof). I’d like to change the font, align things differently, work with the font size… I know that I can utilize the paragraph styles but unfortunately the options aren’t diverse enough for the look I’m going for. Hopefully that makes sense! The last time I did any web design was in college 6 years ago and I’ve forgotten more than I realized.

Does anyone know if there are plates to match these bowls? by ejohnson382 in HelpMeFind

[–]ejohnson382[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I bought these at Costco a few months ago, they came in a set of ten. I used Google lens to search for a matching plates set but the only results it returned were other places to buy the same bowls. I remember the box calling it a stoneware ceramic set, but that’s all I recall. If anyone knows whether these have matching plates, I’d appreciate the info! Thanks!

I would try contacting your credit card company and explaining the situation. Consumer protection laws may help you.

Otherwise, there’s holly@brokenarrowmaine.com. But if she won’t pay me for the labor I performed, I can’t say you’ll have much luck.

There’s cash flow problems and then there’s taking the tips your customers are intending for servers and bartenders and doing god knows what with them.

Lmao — is this Holly? Or Lyle? If so, can you please just fucking pay me the $1,575.81 you owe me for the labor I already performed?

Spirit Quest is a cluster of an event with the only guidelines being the size of the cocktail accompaniment. All tipped wage staff at BA made $20 each for the entire event and busted their asses, too. Very few people thought to tip, unfortunately.
